By downloading, installing, or using MeetReady ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MeetReady is a macOS menu bar application that provides:

• Integration with Google Calendar to display upcoming meetings
• Smart notifications for scheduled meetings
• Quick access to join Google Meet calls
• Real-time participant tracking for active meetings

3. User Requirements

To use MeetReady, you must:

• Have a compatible macOS device
• Have a valid Google account
• Grant the necessary permissions for the App to access your Google Calendar and Meet data
• Be at least 13 years of age

4. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MeetReady for your personal or internal business purposes.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the App
• Maintain the security of your Google account credentials
• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Google Services

MeetReady integrates with Google Calendar and Google Meet services. Your use of these Google services is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for Google's services or any changes Google makes to their APIs or services.

7. Privacy

Your use of MeetReady is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• That the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• That defects will be corrected
• That the App will meet your requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
• Missed meetings or calendar-related issues

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Josh Rideout and MeetReady from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

11. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the App at any time
• Update these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms
• Release updates, bug fixes, and new features

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it and revoking access through your Google Account settings.

13. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App.
