Google Account Information
When you connect your Google account to MeetReady, we access:
- Calendar Data: Your Google Calendar events, including meeting titles, times, descriptions, and locations
- Meeting Information: Google Meet meeting links and details
- Participant Information: Names and email addresses of meeting participants to enable live participant tracking
Usage Data
We collect analytics and usage information to improve the app, including:
- App usage statistics and feature interactions
- Crash reports and error logs
- Device information (macOS version, app version)
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Display your upcoming meetings in the menu bar
- Send you notifications for upcoming meetings
- Enable one-click joining of Google Meet calls
- Show real-time participant information
- Improve app performance and user experience
- Diagnose and fix technical issues
Data Storage and Security
Your calendar and meeting data is stored locally on your Mac. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information:
- All communication with Google services uses secure HTTPS connections
- Authentication tokens are stored securely in your macOS Keychain
- Calendar data is cached locally only for the purpose of displaying upcoming meetings
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- With Google: We use Google Cloud Services to access your calendar and meeting data with your explicit permission

Google API Services User Data Policy
MeetReady's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your Rights and Choices
You have the following rights regarding your data:
- Access: You can view all data the app accesses through your Google Account settings
- Revoke Access: You can disconnect MeetReady from your Google account at any time through Google Account settings or within the app
- Delete Data: Uninstalling the app will remove all locally stored data
Children's Privacy
MeetReady is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.
